April 2010

Well, another winter is behind us.

I am looking forward to warmer weather and spending time with family.

The flowers have started blooming and everything is turning green.

My son, Joshua, is back from his tour in Afghanistan. I am thankful for his safe return.

 

Feburary 2010

I am sorry for not updating you. Let me try to catch you up!

Aaron and Danielle are the proud parents of a little girl.

Temperance Lynn She was born October 19. Aaron is back in Japan and March 10 Danielle and

Tempe will be joining him. He is stationed there for at least 2 years. I will miss them but I am glad they are safe!

Josh is finishing up his tour in Afghanistan and is on his way back to the states. This is a load off of my mind!

I am so proud of my boys for the work they do!

Mary is now living in Grove City, Mandy is still in Columbus and Katie is getting so big. She acts like her mommy.

It brings back so many memories.

Tristan is in his last year in Jr. High. He is taking French. He loves learning about a different country.

Sarah is finishing up Middle School. She is growing up so fast.

Autumn started Middle School this year and she is excited about going to a new school.

It has been a long winter. This month we have had 3 snow storms. It has started to melt some. I hope we dont see

anymore before spring!

 

September 2009

Well, summer is over and the kids are back in school. The days are very quiet and seem to go so fast.

We visited with Danielle and she is doing better... The baby is growing a lot. She mentioned that the

doctor may have to do a c-section. Aaron is due to come home some time in Oct.

If she carries that baby till November it will surprise me.

Mary has moved to Grove City. I hope that life treats her well.

The kids are all enjoying school so far.

 

July 2009

Lots of stuff has happened... busy with RL.

Aaron & Danielle are expecting their first and it is a girl. She is due Nov 3.

Aaron may be deployed in Nov to Korea. I hope the baby comes before he has to leave.

Josh got a break from Afghanistain. He came home for two weeks and is back there now.

He said he has to be there for 8 months. I spend time praying for all the men and women over there.

Mandy and Katie are doing great. Katie had her second birthday last month. She loves

talking to grandpa and grandma on the phone.

Mary graduated from High School in May. I am proud of her. She is working now.

That is very grown up of her to get a job and to start acting like an adult.

The three younger ones all passed. Tristan is now going into the 8th, Sarah

is going into the 6th, and Autumn is going into the 5th. No more kids in elementary.

They are all growing up so fast!

 

Feburary 2009

Well, My oldest, Aaron and his wife are settled in Japan. I am able to talk to him and keep in touch.

He usually calls me because I am not used to the time difference. LOL

Josh is due to be deployed anytime now. He is not worried... He seems to be looking forward to,

'Go to War' he said then he can talk like Grandpa about going to the war. He helps me be at ease.

My granddaughter is getting so big now. She is so fun. She can say bubble... and loves them!

She doesn't care if you blow bubble gum bubbles or soap bubbles. LOL

 

January 2009

I had a wonderful time visiting with my boys. They were both able to come home to visit us

for Christmas. All the kids had a ball. I thank God for our time together.

Joshua is already in AK. He said it is beautiful there but COLD. LOL

He is due to be deployed in a few months.

Aaron & Danielle were able to come home again before leaving.

They will be leaving the states on the 14th. It will be so hard not to see them for 3 yrs.

The younger kids had a great Christmas. They are all getting so big.

Our granddaughter, Katie, has learned a new word this Christmas.

"Broke"

She takes the head off of her dollie and tells people that it is broke.

 

November 2008

Well, We had a welcome home party for Sgt. Morgan.

We are all so thankful for his safe return to us!

Aaron does have new orders. He will be moving to Japan for 3 years in January.

With moving we are not sure if he will be able to visit but he will try.

Josh will not be able to come home for Thanksgiving but he will be home for Christmas.

He is in AIT at Ft. Sill in OK

August 2008

It has been a long summer. I have found a group that I make sig tags for.

Aaron will be home in September. Maybe a week earlier than we thougth.

Josh is at Ft. Knox Ky. in Boot Camp. Then he will be going to Ft. Sill, OK

for AIT. Kids start school on the 21st It will be good to have the routine back.

 

June 2008

Well, a lot has been going on. My son Aaron's tour is about 50% finished.

We are praying for him to come home when he is due.

I want to thank all the wonderful people who remember him in their prayers.

My son, Joshua, graduated this month. I am proud of all my children.

Our three oldest have graduated from High School!!!

Hello, It has been a long, long winter and it seems it will never end.

I will be so glad when spring finally arrives!

Well, this month is almost over.

I have been enjoying my memberships. Thank you for the gifts!

I also want to thank Pammy for the lessons on shading. I am learning so much!

Well, a new year and a new start.

I have been practicing more on PSP as Pammy has been telling me to.

I have been enjoying my gift membership to Pixelholic.com and wish I could extend it!!

I will soon be hearing from Becca about her new site and my membership that I recived in the Christmas Gift exchange. That was really fun.

Tomorrow is my birthday and I will be 42. My kids are telling me how old I am.

I remember when my mom was this age and I thought that was soooo old.

Sorry mom now I know. LOL
